How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your desired items and sizes, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to Germany, all European Union countries, and select international destinations worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Germany: FREE standard shipping
  • EU: €13.99 for standard international shipping
  • International: €19.99 for standard international shipping

How long will delivery take?

  • Germany: 6-8 business days
  • EU: 2-8 business days
  • International: 4-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes in Germany and select EU countries. International P.O. box delivery may not be available—please contact us to confirm.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, wait 24-48 hours and check with neighbors. If still missing, contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com. For damaged packages, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Contact us immediately at hallo@fahrmini.com if you need to update your address.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping only. Contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com if you have urgent delivery needs.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Return shipping is FREE for all customers. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hallo@fahrmini.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a free return label.

Do you charge for returns?

No! Return shipping is completely FREE for all customers in Germany, EU, and internationally. We also don't charge any restocking fees.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we inspect the items (1-2 business days) and process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?

Contact us immediately at hallo@fahrmini.com with photos. We'll send you the correct item or a replacement at no additional cost, and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/defective item.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Items without original tags, worn or washed items, and items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned. Currently, we don't have any final sale items.


Sizing & Products

How do I know what size to order?

Check our size guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com for personalized sizing advice.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items often come back in stock. Sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com to inquire about specific items.

How do I care for my FAHRMINI items?

Care instructions are included on the label inside each garment. Generally, we recommend following these instructions carefully to maintain the quality and longevity of your items.

Are your products true to size?

We strive to provide accurate sizing information. Check the product description and size guide for specific measurements. Customer reviews often include helpful sizing feedback too!

Can I see more photos of a product?

Product pages include multiple images showing different angles. If you need additional photos or information, contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com.


Account & Website

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view order history more easily.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account" at the top of our website and follow the prompts to set up your account.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account and go to "Account Settings" to update your email, password, or saved addresses.

Why is the website not loading properly?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If problems persist, contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com.


International Orders

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

EU Customers: No additional customs fees. VAT is included in the product price.

International Customers: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

How long do international orders take?

International orders typically take 4-14 business days, but customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Can I return international orders?

Yes! We offer FREE return shipping for all international customers. Contact us at hallo@fahrmini.com to initiate your return.
